Meet the TMI Team & Directors
Dr. Thomas Triscari
TMI was founded by Dr. Thomas Triscari, a proven leader in advanced technologies, business practices and entrepreneurship. At TMI, Dr. Triscari develops innovation ecosystems to support entrepreneurial activities and workforce development.
Dr. Triscari has had successful careers as an innovator and change agent in the United States military, federal, state and local government, corporate industries and academia. He is also the founder and CEO of Information Technology Management (ITM), a consulting and education company with offices in Troy, NY, and Fairfax, VA.
Terri Trinchera
Terri Trinchera is a seasoned multi-faceted professional with over 25 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, human resources, contracts management, accounting, and financial management. Terri is the Director of Finance at Enterprise Solutions Inc., (ESI) a company that focuses on high-end management and Information Technology consulting services to Commercial and Government entities.
Prior to joining ESI, Terri obtained her CPA licensure and worked as a bank trader at Far East Bank and Trust Company.
Leonardo Canseco
Leonardo Canseco (Leo) is a practicing Attorney and CPA by training. He is the Principal at The Canseco Law Group. Leo takes a holistic approach to helping his clients by providing customized solutions to meet a client’s unique situation. He has expertise in individual and business tax cases, including asset protection and wealth management needs. He also represents a variety of non-profit and tax-exempt organizations such as IRC 501(c)(3) organizations and private operating foundations. Leo has proficiency in writing Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
Eva Ruby Vergel de Dios
Eva Ruby Vergel de Dios has been working at the World Bank Group for the almost 32 years and is currently the Program Analyst for the WBG Staff Association. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Ruby worked at International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) as an Administrative Assistant.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree, major in Biology, from the College of the Holy Spirit in Manila, Philippines. Ruby was a former officer of the World Bank-IMF Filipino Association and was a member of the board and treasurer for Feed the Hungry, Inc. Ruby is currently the Director of Finance and Operations of Children’s Hope Charities.
Ruby has 3 daughters, 2 sons and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, fishing, listening to music, gardening and most of all spending time with her family.
